I have had my Elan lap stand for several months now. It has helped to support my shoulder issues so I can keep stitching. This stand is fully adjustable which makes it a comfortable way to stitch. It is easy to take on the go along with using in my stitch chair. It has a lovely feel and it is definitely sturdy enough to hold larger projects. It is beautiful and feels smooth. It is simple to assemble or disassemble for travel or to adjust for comfort. Definitely worth the money and the wait once you order! I did have trouble keeping the sticky magnet attached to the stand, but it is not a deal breaker. I do wish there was a way to attach something to hold my chart, but again this is a small stand and completely usable as is. I would definitely buy from Artisan Designs again.
